How to reach us
By email to support@planty-plants.com. Tell us what happened and on which device. A screenshot almost always helps.
In the app under More → More options → Support → Feedback & Support. This works without an account. With an account you can write under Messages and get the reply right in the app.
Planty Plants is made by one person, not a support team. You will usually hear back within two working days.

Do I need an account, and what happens offline?
Planty Plants works entirely without internet, your data lives on your device. You only need an account once you want to sync and use your collection in the browser: create an account, turn on sync, carry on.
My data is missing or looks different
Do not delete the app before writing to us. Without an account your data exists only on the device. With an account, a fresh sync under More → Account usually helps. If something is still missing, write to us with the date it was last right.
How do I export my data?
In the app under More → Backup: your collection as a table for Excel or Numbers, or as a complete backup with all photos. In the browser both are under Account → Privacy & account.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under More → Account, in the browser under Account → Privacy & account. This permanently deletes account, plants, journal, messages and all photos on our servers. Whatever is on your device stays there until you remove the app.
The plant identification got it wrong
Identification helps you narrow it down, it does not replace a careful look. Every suggestion can be changed, also later in the plant record.
